This site contains a mix of slides, negative and digital stock. A large slide
library is available of landscapes taken throughout the British Isles a sample
of which are shown on the scottish

IMAGES FOR YOUR PUBLICATIONS: Commercial
Images are available
for use in publication(s), editorial, websites etc by prior agreement. Digital
files are generally supplied by email or on CD if required as high res jpeg or
tiff files at the industry standard 300 dpi resolution. Choosing to pay online
by credit card enables the service to be that much quicker normally less than
1 hour from ordering to receipt of image by email. All images are prepared for
the use specified at the point of ordering.Please contact me to discuss your requirements
in detail.

and site templates at www.buyimage.co.uk are the property of Colin Palmer under
the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Images supplied for use by agreement
are intended for that single use only and should not be used in any other application
unless by prior agreement.
Credits shall be printed as noted above in the
agreed publication and one copy of the printed publication ( or colour photo-copy
of relevant page if used in a book) shall be sent to the company address noted
above for internal use only. Sight of the publication forms part of the contract
requirements.
Pages on this website are right click protected to prevent
unauthorised downloading of images and breach of copyright. Any unauthorised use
of ANY image in ANY way will not be tolerated -in this event, an invoice will
be issued for 3x the normal price.
All prints and posters supplied by
mail order are subject to copyright and shall not be reproduced in ANY form and
under ANY circumstances. Colour rendition of prints, posters and other products
may not exactly match the colour rendition of online images. All orders will be
packaged appropriately and clearly addressed with the information provided at
the point of order. Delivery shall take place as soon as the Product has left
our premises. Risk will pass at the time of posting and you should arrange for
the appropriate insurance cover for products in transit. We will not be responsible
for any loss or damage to the product after they have been posted. We shall endeavour
to take all reasonable steps to comply with delivery dates quoted but will not
be liable for any failure delay or error in delivery.
MISUSE
OF INFORMATION ACT: Any data collected from all clients of this website in
their placing of orders, payments, email addresses, mailing addresses and any
other confidential information will remain confidential and will not be shared
with ANY third parties.
PRICE AND PAYMENT: All invoices are required to be paid preferably
by return post - this is clearly noted on the invoice - however a maximum period
of 30 days from the date of the invoice is allowed for this process. All cheques
shall be made payable to "C.Palmer".
The
Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act (1988) was amended in 2002 to include
fixed penalties in addition to interest. For debt of less than £1000 the
penalty is £40, rising to £70 for debts up to £9,999.99 and
£100 above that. The penalties and interest now apply to all businesses
regardless of size. Penalty payments will be applied 31 days after the issue of
your invoice.
"We
will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt
recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according
to agreed credit terms".
In
the event of a cheque not being honoured an administration charge of £30 will
be made for each subsequent representation of the cheque. Non payment of both
the original and administration invoices within a period of 60 days from the issue
of the original invoice will result in WITHDRAWAL OF IMAGE USE.
